Kevin got his start in industry as a machine design and development engineer with a consumer products company. When the product lines that he was responsible for improving became constrained by the downstream equipment, he redirected his efforts to improve those systems in order to eliminate bottlenecks. He became fascinated by the machine dynamics and interactions that must be considered when bringing multiple packaging machines together to work as an integrated system. 

These experiences coupled with his natural curiosity and creativity set in motion a career in pursuit of knowledge and expertise for all things related to packaging operations.

The result is 22 years of executing and advising large-scale packaging projects for food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and consumer products at manufacturing sites around the World.
